The officers of Samtskhe-Javakheti Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs arrested A.N. (DoB 1986) in Aspindza.
The committed crime envisions from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.
The investigation established that on May 5 the current year, the accused person stabbed a fellow villager, in Aspindza - I.M. (DoB1986) in the neck area with a cold steel, who died at the place of crime.
Law enforcers arrested A.N. shortly after the incident; he was arrested near the scene.
Police seized the weapon of crime - a knife as evidence.
The fact of premeditated murder is being investigated under Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
