The officers of Kakheti Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia solved the fact of premeditated murder in Gurjaani Municipality and detained G.M. (DoB 1961) as a result of immediate operative and investigative activities.
The committed crime envisions from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.
The investigation established that on January 26 of the current year, in the village of Kalauri, Gurjaani Municipality, as a result of a argument, the accused person inflicted fatal wounds from a shotgun to his fellow villager - G.Ch. (DoB 1985).
Police seized a weapon of murder- a hunting rifle - as evidence.
An investigation regarding the premeditated murder is in progress under Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
