Employees of the Isani-Samgori main division of the Tbilisi Police Department, as a result of operative and investigative actions, detained T.K born in 1991 on the charge of damaging other people’s property.
The crime is punishable by up to 3 years of imprisonment.
The investigation established that on 23 July of this year, a drunk T.K. damaged the car owned by K.A., born in 1983.
As a result of investigative measures carried out by law enforcement officers, the accused was arrested a few hours after the incident.
The investigation is being conducted under Article 187, Part 1 of the Criminal Code.
