The officers of Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of immediate operative-search and investigative activities detained T.Ch. (DoB 1973) in Tbilisi for committing premeditated murder.
Committed crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.
Investigation established that, on the basis of conflict, detainee inflicted multiple injuries with a cold steel to T.A. (DoB 1967) in vicinities of Tbilisi Central Railway Station and fled from the place of crime. Due to the received traumas the victim died at the place of crime.
During the search activities held in detainee’s house police officers seized the weapon of crime – knife, as evidence.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
