The employees of Mtskheta-Mtianeti Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operational and investigative actions, arrested D.J. born in 2000, on the fact of intentional murder in Tskhvarichamia.
The crime is punishable by up to 15 years in prison.
The investigation established that on July 28 of this year, on the basis of a mutual dispute, the accused injured M.K., born in 2002, in the heart and chest with a cold weapon and hid from the scene.
M.K. died as a result of the wound.
The fact is being investigated under Article 108 of the Criminal Code, which implies intentional murder.
