General Information

Every illegal act constitutes cybercrime that was committed in cyberspace using computer system. Taking into account that the technological progress has huge dimensions in 21st century, the level of cyber risks is alarming. The most common types of cybercrime can be summarized as follows: Cyber Fraud, Illegal Access to a Computer System, Child Online Sexual Exploitation, Misuse of Computer Devices and Data and etc.

Rapidly increasing statistics of cybercrime is mainly derived from the law level of public awareness on cyber issues. Cyber criminals are using Fishing, Spam and other malware programs for achieving their goals. Taking into account this challenge, LEPL- Data Exchange Agency elaborated special guidelines on secure usage of internet resources. These instructions cover the following issues:
