The officers of the General Inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-search and investigative activities detained M.D. –inspector-investigator of Makhinjauri police division on the fact of extortion.
Committed crime envisages from 2 to 4 years of imprisonment.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of extortion, article 181 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
