The officers of Batumi Division of Adjara Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as a result of operative-investigative activities caught R. Sh. (DoB 1964) in providing lodging to prostitution in Batumi. The investigation established that for a certain period of time R. Sh provided caf-bar and hotel in his/her temporary possession to prostitution in exchange for money.
The law enforcers interrogated the personnel of a bar and a hotel as witnesses.
The investigation is in progress on the fact of providing lodging to prostitution (Article 254 of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
