Officers of Tbilisi Interpol and the Didube-Chughureti Divisions of Tbilisi Police Department, as a result of jointly measures, detained in Tbilisi E.Ch - citizen of Turkey (D.o.B.: 1979), internationally wanted under the red notice by Ankara Interpol from 2015.
E. Ch. is recognized as guilty for commitment of the crimes envisaged by the articles 449/1, 51/2, 59,2 of N765 Criminal Code of the republic of Turkey and the articles 107/12,13a of the N5275 Code, i.e. the murder.
The detainee is transferred to the #1 temporary detention facility. Pre-extradition procedures envisaged by the legislation are in progress against E.Ch.
