The officers of Tbilisi Police Department and Isani-Samgori Division, as a result of jointly held operative-searching and investigative activities, detained Zamir V. (D.o.B.: 1983) in Tbilisi for unlawful imprisonment of a minor with a prior agreement by a group.
The investigation revealed that the detainee is an accomplice of Elchin I., the accused, who on February 19 unlawfully imprisoned Samira B. (D.o.B.: 1998), residing in Ponichala village with the purpose to marry her. The operative-searching activities are in progress to detain the other accomplices of Elchin I.
The investigation is underway on the fact of unlawful imprisonment of a minor with a prior agreement by a group (article 143, clauses “a” and “b” of the III part).
