The officers of the Police Department of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara and the Police Department of Imereti, as a result of joint immediate operative-investigative activities, detained Mamia A. (DoB 1986) for premeditated murder.
Investigation established that on February 23, this year the detainee – as a result of a quarrel - inflicted a blunt injury in the head area to Lekso Z. (D.o.B.: 1975) in the flat rented in a house in Migineishvili street, Chakvi. The victim died on the place
The law enforcers detained Mamia A. in several hours in Tskaltubo. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder (article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
