The officers of Rustavi police division of Kvemo Kartli Regional Main Division as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained previously convicted for various offences – Eremei B. (DoB 1987) for the armed assault.
Investigation established that detainee offended 78 year old male in Rustavi and inflicted multiple injuries in belly area with a cold steel. After the above mentioned offender appropriated 175 GEL and left the crime scene.
Law enforcers detained Eremei B. in vicinities of his own house in Rustavi as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of armed assault, article 179, III part, sub-paragraph B of the Criminal Code.
