The officers of the Central Criminal Police Department as a result of operative-investigative activities detained D.P. (DoB 1984) for illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearms and ammunition.
During the personal search and search activities held in detainee’s apartment policemen seized Makarov unregistered pistol, Nagan unregistered revolver SAVZ 24 pistol and 52 various bullets.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearms and ammunition, article 236, II and III parts of the Criminal Code.
