The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, within the framework of the information campaign against child marriage - Do Not Deprive Childhood, announces a poster competition for schoolchildren.
By participating in the competition, you can join our information campaign and contribute to the process of raising public awareness on the negative consequences of child marriage in Georgia.
* Rules and conditions for participating in the poster competition:
Any interested person from all over Georgia, aged 12 to 18, can participate in the competition;
* Format - the competition poster must be one-page long. It must be made in the size desired by the contestant (A1, A2, A0, etc.). The work must be sent in PDF, PNG or JPG formats;
* Content - the topic of the poster must logically relate to the goals of “Do Not Deprive Childhood” campaign and the dangers of early marriage;
* Visual side - include an inscription/slogan, photo, drawing, graphical design or any other visually expressive work that covers the topic of early marriage;
* Work that does not meet the requirements, is substantially incompatible with the topic and the specified conditions, contains obscene, discriminatory, violent vocabulary or graphics that do not comply with general moral and ethical principles, is incompletely submitted or after the expiration of the competition deadline will not be accepted. Herewith, in case of detection of plagiarism or a work that has already been published, it will be removed from the competition.
* In the sent letter, it is necessary to indicate your name, surname, school, mobile phone number, e-mail address, poster title and its brief description;
● After the end of the competition period, the jury members will identify the three best works according to the following criteria:
1. Creativity;
2. Content;
3. Visual.
The winners will be awarded gift vouchers, and all contestants will be awarded certificates of participation.
* Each contestant has the right to submit only one poster;
* The copyright to the submitted poster must belong to the contestant. The Ministry is not responsible for third parties who may raise any kind of claim (property, non-property, copyright and related rights) regarding the published poster;
* By participating in the competition, the contestant expresses his/her consent to be involved in all events and campaigns related to this project;
* By participating in the competition, the contestant expresses his/her consent and grants the Ministry the right to use the poster submitted by him/her at its own discretion;
* Please note that by submitting a competition entry, the contestant automatically agrees to the terms and conditions of the competition;
* Competition entries will be accepted from June 1 to June 25.
