As a result of operational and investigative measures carried out by the employees of Kutaisi Police Division of Imereti Police Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a citizen of the Republic of India, born in 2002, was arrested on the fact of drug trafficking.
The committed crime envisions imprisonment for a term of up to 10 years.
Based on the judge's ruling, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs conducted a number of undercover investigative actions, which established that the accused person was selling narcotics. The police carried out several undercover purchases of narcotics from T.T. and secretly recorded the aforementioned purchases.
The narcotic drug "marijuana" was seized by law enforcement officers as evidence.
The investigation is underway under Article 260 (3) part I and Article 273 (1) part II of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
